Referrals
are
an
assessment with an occupational
health practitioner (nurse, physician
or advisor) to provide advice and
support to the employer and
employee, on how to either remain or
return to work safely.
How Management Referrals work
1: Complete online referral form
Details of employee and absence
2: Book Appointment
Select date, time & clinician
3: Automated booking confirmation
Employee receives automated
notification of appointment booking
4: Appointment
Either video, telephone or face-to-face
5: Report sent
Available within 24 hours, providing
advice and answers to questions
6: Follow up actions
Employer/HR notified of any follow-up
actions required.
Staff Training - bespoke service
Latus Group offer a bespoke training
service whereby a member of our clinical
team can hold a virtual training session
with your HR/Line Managers to educate on
how to complete a management referral.
